• Exchange – Trade in your old items for new pieces for a better price
• Scrap - For your unwanted and broken jewellery at the best daily rates
• Second Hand - Get more for your items by letting us sell them in our window
• Upcycle - Why not change or re-design your old jewellery to create a new item

We provide an Independent Jewellery Valuation service.

This can be used for any of the following:

• Insurance
• Probate
• Family Division

There are valuations for different purposes and the amounts quoted on each of them will vary.  For example, an insurance valuation will be for the amount it would cost you to replace the item as new but for family division or probate the value would be what you would likely receive for them if you were to sell them. These prices will vary for each item and its condition.

If you do not wish for a written document, we would be glad to offer a rough verbal valuation in-store, (this cannot be used for any claims, or insurance) and are happy to advise you with a rough estimate if you can visit one of our stores in either Chingford, Debden, or Epping.

Prefer it to go to the brand, no problem, we have accounts with many of the popular brands and can have them look at your items. A small charge for postage and insurance would apply in this case.

New straps are also available in store whether it be Leather, Rubber, or Metal bracelets. We also have an arrange of special straps including, extra-long, vegan, and military style straps, as well as expandable metal bracelets.

Batteries, straps, and bracelet adjustments are normally done while you wait.
